Flag line made of 8-braided polypropylene
Flag line made from 100% UV-treated polypropylene rope. This flag line is best suited for flagpoles with the line inside the pole, as the rope is not exposed to sunlight to the same extent as an external flag line.
The right length of your flag line
It is important to have the right length of flag halyard to be able to hoist the flag to the right height while avoiding the line hanging loosely. Typically, you will need a flag halyard that is about twice as long as the flagpole or flag line itself, depending on how high you want to hoist the flag.
Rep made of polyester or polypropylene?
A polypropylene flag line is cheaper. This is because its durability is lower than that of polyester. If you want to extend the life of a polypropylene flag line, we recommend using the line in flagpoles where the line runs on the inside of the pole.
